Appeal against a Parking Charge Notice

If you wish to appeal against your parking charge notice, you can submit an online Appeal Form. 

The form is one and a half pages long and will take approximately three minutes to complete.

We will need to know the following:

• The parking charge notice number
• Your details
• The reason for your appeal

While the appeal is being considered, the deadline for paying will be frozen until such time as a decision is reached. We will respond to your appeal within 10 working days of its receipt. 
If your appeal is unsuccessful you must pay £25 within 7 days of notification, failing which the penalty will increase to £55.
