Badminton – East Bergholt Community Badminton Club 

East Bergholt Sports Centre provide a ‘community badminton club’ from Friday 5.30 – 7.00pm throughout the year, with equipment (i.e. rackets  and shuttlecocks) and refreshments provided. For all abilities and ages - £2.50 per session (£1.50 disabled participants) * This is a casual turn up and play session

Basketball (wheelchair) - Bury Bombers (partners of Babergh Disability Sport and Leisure Forum)

The club meets on a Thursday, 6.45 - 8.15pm at County Upper School, Beeston's Way, Bury St Edmunds.  Training in the gym located at the back of the school.  Disabled and non-disabled players are welcome - come and give it a go!

Fitness – Hadleigh Sports Centre Gym ClubImage of Inclusive Fitness Initiative

A Community Club for people of all ages and abilities has been established at Hadleigh Sports Centre. Sessions take place every Friday morning and are supervised by a qualified gym instructor.

Multi-Sport – Sudbury Community Resource Unit Sports Club 

girl playing goalballThese sessions are open to disabled adults and currently run on alternate Thursdays between 4.30-5.30pm.Qualified coaches lead the session and help to ensure enjoyment and fun is had by all. The cost of the session is £2.50 and a variety of sports can be offered.

Multi-Sport – Suffolk Youth Games

Babergh District Council run trials and coached training sessions from April-July in the run-up to the Suffolk Youth Games. Disability athletics and swimming events are included in the programme for children in school years 5-11.

The club was established over 20 years ago and now meets at Kingfisher Leisure Centre every Sunday 6.30 - 7.30pm.  The club has a membership fee, which allows free swimming sessions.
