You may have heard in the press that the Government has introduced two schemes to help people having difficulties paying their mortgage.
The Mortgage Rescue Scheme is being run by your Local Authority. If you are eligible for the scheme, you could be entitled to financial help to enable you to remain in your home. For more information, click on the following link: -
The Homeowners Mortgage Support Scheme could help if your household has had a temporary, unexpected drop in income and it’s harder to meet your mortgage repayments. You could be eligible to delay some of your interest repayments for up to two years.
