The Homelessness Act 2002 requires Local Authorities to carry out a review of homelessness and homelessness services in their area, and to formulate and publish a homelessness strategy based on this review. at the end of the Demotion period, Babergh District Council is satisfied with your conduct and has not served notice to seek possession of the property then the Demoted Tenancy will become a Secure Tenancy.
