FINANCIAL STRATEGY AND 2009/10 BUDGET 

Report by the Strategic and Financial Planning Task Group attached.

Nick Ridley, Chairman Strategic and Financial Planning Task Group will be present at the meeting to present the report. 

The Director of Finance will give a PowerPoint presentation setting out the key issues contained in the report.
