TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO. BT 414 – LAVENHAM CEMETERY BRIDGE STREET ROAD LAVENHAM

To consider an objection to the above Order and whether in the light of the representations made, the Order should be confirmed.

Report by the Head of Contract and Asset Management attached. 

Notes:

1.      Summary of procedure attached.

2.      Plan attached showing the location of the site and Lavenham.

3.      A site inspection for Members of the Committee will take place prior to the meeting, at 10am.  Relevant officers together with the objector will also be present at the site inspection, which is not open to the public.
