RESOLVED
That the Minutes of the meeting held on 6 December 2010 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.

The Acting Legal Services Manager submitted a report (Paper K237) informing the Committee that the Charity Commission for England and Wales is prepared to make an Order to the effect that:-
· Babergh District Council is discharged from its trusteeship of the charity
· South Suffolk Leisure Trust is appointed trustee of the charity
· Land is transferred to South Suffolk Leisure Trust in trust for the charity
RESOLVED
That the draft Order of the Charity Commission as detailed within the Appendix to Paper K237 discharging Babergh District Council from its trusteeship of the charity known as Hadleigh and District Swimming Pool Trust (298011), appointing South Suffolk Leisure Trust (1113151) trustee of the said charity and transferring the title to the land described in the schedule to the draft Order to South Suffolk Leisure Trust in trust for the charity be approved.
The business of the meeting was concluded at 2.05 p.m.
